Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, creative, and eager to grow in the digital marketing world? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team and support a variety of projects that help our clients succeed online.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, has a knack for social media, and is ready to learn the ins and outs of digital marketing while working alongside experienced team members.
A strong understanding of marketing and advertising design principles is essential. To be successful, you must love marketing and helping small businesses succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain content calendars for social media.
- Assist the Social Media Manager with content creation.
- Support the setup and launch of websites.
- Set up and configure Google Analytics.
- Compile and send reports to clients on performance and progress.
- Organize and set up tasks for team workflows.
- Research for clients to gather new ideas, industry trends, and historical data.
- Help set up Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console accounts.
- Post regularly to Google Business Profiles.
- Manage online directory listings to ensure consistency across the web.
- Assist with website launches and quality checks.
- Greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls, and deliver world-class service to customers.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming work environment.
- Take on additional projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to take direction and work well within a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, a plus).
- Basic knowledge of Google tools (Analytics, Ads, Business Profiles).
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn website platforms (WordPress experience is a plus).
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in-office 15-25 hours per week between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
- Preferred: Marketing experience in a similar role (training will be provided).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field — or equivalent relevant work experience.

Job Type: Part-Time, in-house. 15-25 hrs/week
Pay Range: $13 – $18/hr based on experience. Review after 90 days.
