The Challenge

A real estate developer in Hinesville needed a clean, user-friendly website to showcase their brand and growing portfolio of homes, neighborhoods, and commercial developments. Initially, the request was straightforward: a basic online presence. But as conversations evolved, so did the vision.
They wanted a site that could guide potential buyers through the home selection process, without relying on the MLS or outside agents. Internally, they needed a straightforward way to manage property inventory and floor plans. The solution had to be simple enough for non-technical staff to maintain.

The Plan

BUILD

We chose WordPress as the foundation for the site. It’s open-source, flexible, and powerful—perfect for building custom features without ongoing platform fees. We’ve worked with WordPress extensively and knew we could deliver a fully custom-coded experience without sacrificing ease of use.

FUNCTIONALITY

We initially focused on creating custom layouts for both floor plans and property listings. Everything needed to be easy to manage, even for someone with no design or coding background.

Next, we created a dynamic filter on the floor plans page, using listing data to allow users to sort by location and price. We also customized the backend experience, simplifying the process of adding and updating listings and floor plans with tailored user roles and intuitive forms.

DESIGN

As a new brand in the market, AIO South had limited media assets. Fortunately, they already had a logo and brand guidelines in place, giving us a great starting point. We designed a modern, responsive layout that works seamlessly across all screen sizes.

SEO

With no previous online presence, we knew indexing would take time. So, we handled the full setup: keyword-optimized content, clean metadata, Google indexing requests, and installation of analytics to start collecting insights from day one.

The Solution

We delivered a clean, responsive, and fully custom site built to scale with AIO South’s growth. Key features include:

  • Inventory system showcasing floor plans, filterable by city, neighborhood, county, and house price, for available homes with that floor plan. This allows users to easily browse homes by the layout.
  • Dynamic listing pages are linked to their respective floor plans.
  • Listings grouped by city in a sleek, simple list. Not only does this system allow the builder more control over marketing and showing their listings, but it also builds credibility with investors and potential buyers.
  • Custom templates for adding/editing listings and plans—no design skills required
  • User-friendly forms for internal staff to manage inventory without touching the code
  • Tailored user roles to streamline backend access and editing
  • SEO-optimized content written to perform in search and connect with real buyers
  • Mobile-responsive design for a seamless experience on any device
  • Fast-loading performance to improve user experience and search ranking
  • Google indexing setup and analytics integration
  • Onboarding video tutorial to walk the client through updating content step by step

The Result

The result? A site that looks great, functions smoothly, and puts control back in the hands of the client. Even the most tech-averse team member can easily update floor plans or add new listings.

The clean design simplifies the buying process while building a clean portfolio for investors. This new look and easy-to-navigate interface will help develop a sense of trust and a professional reputation that can aid in sealing deals, without the distraction of unnecessary fluff.
