ABOUT THE POSITION:

The SEO Specialist shall enthusiastically collaborate and effectively communicate with our team, and our clients. Your insightful contribution will help expand and maintain our marketing efforts for our clients. The right candidate will assist in the development, execution, and measurement of successful marketing campaigns. Pay will be based on experience and productivity.

POSITION DUTIES:

  • Collaborate with our team and our clients to develop fresh content ideas
  • Collaborate with our team and our clients to effectively manage and and measure marketing campaigns
  • Help grow our clients’ social media presence
  • Content creation and planning
  • Keyword research
  • Content optimization, using our SEO software
  • Light website modifications on websites built with WordPress CMS
  • Create, maintain and optimize online directory listings
  • Competitive research and analysis
  • Google Analytics
  • Monthly analysis and reporting
  • Light graphic design & photography
  • Administrative tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS TO LAND THIS POSITION:

  • Ability to work in-office 30 – 40 hours per week, between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday – Friday
  • Reliable transportation to agency office in Statesboro, GA
  • Punctuality

  • A passion for content writing
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, specifically Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and TikTok
  • Excellent grammar skills
  • Strong passion for helping businesses grow
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum high school diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

WHAT COULD HELP YOU LAND THIS POSITION:

  • Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop experience
  • Meta Business Suite experience
  • Experience working on websites built with WordPress CMS
  • Hootsuite experience
  • Google Drive/Docs/Sheets Experience
  • Learning about our company prior to your interview
  • Experience in journalism, PR, and/or other content writing
  • Experience with Google My Business, Yelp and other online directories
  • Experience using SEMRush
